The single drive roller conveyor motor reducer consists of two main components: a roller conveyor dedicated motor and a gear reducer. This product is mainly used for transporting roller conveyors with single drive in rolling mills (i ≤ 12.5) and continuous casting machines (i ≤ 12.5). It is also suitable for other mechanical transmissions with frequent starting and braking, high overload and loud frequency; This product can also be used for mechanical transmissions that operate smoothly and continuously in general light industry, chemical industry, general machinery, and other transportation industries.
The electric motor used in this product is the new standard Y series electric motor, which has stable working performance, continuous working ability, high efficiency and energy-saving, and a long service life. The disadvantage is that the price of the roller conveyor motor is relatively expensive, but the connection size of the Y series roller conveyor motor currently used in this product

It is the same as other models of motors, so if users want to use other motors, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to obtain satisfactory products.

The roller motor reducer can operate in both directions. When the working environment is above 40 ℃, cooling measures should be taken.
For motor reducers using YZG type roller conveyor dedicated motors, when the number of motor starts exceeds 6 times/hour and other requirements are met(

2. Code and mark of motor reducer

2.1 YGL-YGAG type (Y series roller conveyor dedicated three-phase asynchronous) motor and two-stage cylindrical gear reducer composed of motor reducer series code.

4. Lubrication of reducer

4.1 Lubrication and cooling of gearbox gears

4.1.1 YGL, YZL, YGX, and YZX series generally use medium extreme pressure gear oil N220 or N320 immersion lubrication. The oil immersion depth is for high-speed large teeth

The top of the inner gear ring of the wheel or planetary transmission is immersed in 2-2.5 tooth heights. For environments with high temperatures, circulating oil lubrication can also be used. Return oil through the oil drain hole of the ventilation hood.

4.1.2 Use a new reducer lubricated with oil immersed in an oil tank. After 15-20 days of operation, it is necessary to replace the oil with a new one. Under normal circumstances, the oil should be changed every 5-6 months.

4.2 The lubrication method and brand of lubricating oil for the reducer bearings are the same as those for the gears.

4.3 The lubricating oil of the reducer gear shall not penetrate into the motor.

6. Use of roller motor reducer

Use a separate transmission roller with the rolling mill and casting machine, and select according to the method specified in JB3251. Firstly, according to the provisions of JB3251, calculate the maximum static torque Mgmax when the rolled piece or casting slips on the roller of the roller conveyor and the maximum torque Mmax when the roller starts under load. Then, select the model and specifications of the roller conveyor motor reducer from Table 4 and check its allowable starting torque MQ value. And meet the following conditions:

When this condition cannot be met, it is generally necessary to reselect. However, if MQlt is slightly larger than Mmax, the disadvantage is that the power is too high. If MQ is too large, it is not economical and there may be slippage of the rolled or cast parts on the roller conveyor during start-up.
